Points to put in a wedding photography timeline

One of the best ways to stay organized for a wedding photo shoot is a timeline.A timeline gives you ample time to take those most important shots in a wedding.It will also enable one to capture great moments of the wedding.So with that in mind here are some of the important things to do during a wedding.

First thing a photographer must do is to know and consult the family when they would like to pose for the family portrait.  As a San Diego wedding photographer I see that the timing of this is different for every wedding.Some people like to take pictures before the wedding happens.This will give them more time to do things during and after the wedding.Others prefer to do it during the wedding.You would perform better because you are more prepared if you just determine when the family would like to take the pictures.

Next important thing to know is the schedule of the start of the wedding.That would enable you to capture shots of the guests that are arriving.  As a San Diego photographer this is a great time to capture candid shots of your guests.It would also give you more time to prepare all that is needed for the big ceremony.

Finally, you should determine the time of the reception.This is important since it would let you know how much time you can have in the wedding itself.  In other words you can figure out what kind of extra shots you can take before running out of time.  Doing wedding as a San Diego event photography allows me to coordinate this big event to run smoothly.With these kind of events you do not want to be disorganized.
